On March 25th, 2015, our Egypt customer came to visit our factory for visiting QT8-15 concrete block making machine. Welcome!

After picked up customer in the airport, we directly go to our workshop.
During this visiting, we shows customer every workshop in two factory sites,including spare parts workshop, processing workshop, assembling workshop, half finished product, finished product, paining workshop, and material cutting, mould processing, spare parts making workshop. We show customer equipments from aggregate batching to finished blocks, every part of the production line.
Egypt customer mainly checked the following equipment: PLD1200 aggregate batcher, cement silo, scale, screw conveyor, mixer, belt, QT8-15 block machine, pallets feeder and block conveyor, hydraulic station, PLC control (SIEMENS PLC, touch screen, Schneider electric components), stacker, etc. And we knows that Egypt customer totally makes 5 sets of blocks, they are three sets of hollow blocks, one set of porous block, one set of solid block.
After checked our factory, we show customer the video of entire making line, and discussed the detailed configuration. We eventually make a deal on QT8-15 hydraulic automatic concrete brick making machine in our factory.
