On March 1st, 2016,Algeria customer came to visit our block machine factory.
Algeria customer has interest in QT4-15 concrete block machine and QT5-15 concrete block machine, which are always our best seller for its good and high cost performance.
We talked firstly about customer's requirement,configuration and some block machine details. Machine pictures, foreign projects, videos and so on are showed to our customer. Algeria customer is satisfied with our block machine and offer. We talked about his two hollow blocks, paver block and curbstone he will produce. QT series block machines are hydraulic, PLC automatic control and multipurpose, can make different size hollow blocks, solid, colorful paver blocks and curbstone.
Then we drove Algeria customer to our factory. Our factory is big and professional. Algeria customer was quite satisfied with it. We firstly went to see QT12-15 fully automatic insulation block production line and how it works. We showed him working condition of mixer and main forming machine, as well as good quality newly made blocks. Our customer observed carefully and took photos.
Next we went to our heat-processing workshop to show him the big difference in hardness between moulds using heat-processing and moulds without it. Our block moulds making adopts wire-electrode cutting, controlled by PC and use heat treatment so customer can get good quality moulds with much longer working life than moulds welded together simply. Then we went to workshops to see block machines. We also test run a QT5-15 block machine. Algeria customer operated the PLC control system by himself.
Algeria customer felt satisfied with our factory and machines, expressed his intention to purchase block machines from SINOSUN.
