This packing list mainly includes these following components: QYJ4-45 mobile block making machine and 3 sets of hollow block moulds with size of 400x200x200mm,400x150x200mm and 400x120x200mm.
QYJ4-45 Mobile Block Making Machine is mainly used to produce various hollow blocks. Meanwhile, this Block Making Machine also can produce other kinds of blocks if the block size is greater than or equal to 190mm(width)x180mm(thickness),which is decided by the machine structure. This model does not need pallets to produce blocks, but directly put finished blocks onto the ground. Gap between mould and ground is a little high. If producing low-thickness blocks, the gap between blocks and ground is too high which may do damage to the blocks. Therefore, block thickness must be greater than or equal to 180mm which will make the gap proper to protect the blocks from damage.
