In May,2016, our Philippines client ordered QT5-15 block machine.

The block machine line ordered by Philippines client includes QT5-15 main machine, PLC control cabinet, hydraulic station, JS500 mixer and 8m belt conveyor. Our client ordered two sets hollow block moulds and one set Holland block mould and we provided detailed dimensions and drawings.
QT5-15 block machine adopts PLC control, realizing automatic pallet feeding, material feeding, vibrating, demoulding and green block conveying. By exchanging moulds, QT5-15 block making machine can make hollow block, porous block, insulation block, solid, color paving block, curbstone, etc. Its forming time is 15-20s, has advantages of less labor, higher capacity, good quality of finished products and higher compress strength.
QT5-15 concrete block machine has reliable configurations: PLC control electronic components adopts SIEMENS brand. Hydraulic adopts CALYCA brand. Our block moulds adopt advanced heat treatment and wire cutting technology which greatly increases their working life. The tensile strength of blocks can reach up to 16MPa.
