Our regular customer from Myanmar ordered one set of block mould from us in February.And this mould had sent to Myanmar smoothly at the beginning of March,2015.
This new block mould,which sent to Myanmar could produce porous blocks with the size of 225mmx100mmx75mm, 8 holes.
As its small volume, the mould is loaded into LCL and transported to Yangang Port, Myanmar with sea freight free that could save money for customer.
We can produce different kinds of moulds by different requirements, such as different hollow block moulds, porous block moulds, paving block moulds, grass-planting block moulds, curb stone moulds, etc.. The main features of SINOSUN mould as below:
1.Adopt advanced technology to produce which can make sure the durability and long working life.
2.The steel is cut by the CNC plasma cutting machine, computer controlled which will make sure the cutting accuracy.
3.After cutting, the steel will be put into stove. After high-temperature forging, the hardness, wear-resistance performance and dent-resistance performance will increase a lot.
4.The steel will be cut into mould by wire-electrode cutting machine. This machine is also automatically controlled by computer. With cutting by tiny wire, the surface will become smooth and accurate.
